The centre of Westward Ho! is just a short walk and here you will find a further two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach alongside an array of local amenities including a golf course tennis courts and a great selection of shops pubs and restaurants. Other places to visit include RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal Appledore and Clovelly Hartland Abbey and Quay and trips to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. With all of the accommodation handily arranged on the one level the next room is the pretty bedroom and this boasts a luxurious super-king-size bed a TV/DVD and opulent fabrics and furnishings. Completing the offering inside the property is the perfectly presented en-suite bathroom with a shower over the Whirlpool bath and WC. Heading outside and located to the front of the property is a fabulous enclosed south-facing patio with a private hot-tub garden furniture and a gas BBQ. Here you can dine outside during warm weather whilst socking up the stunning scenery and the hot-tub a brilliant way to relax after a day exploring the South West Coast Path. Further to this you can explore the extensive grounds which lead directly to the sea or enjoy the on-site shared facilities which include a play barn and indoor heated plunge pool (available April - September 9am - 7pm). There is also ample off-road parking provided and stabling can be arranged direct with the owner prior to arrival. Need to know: 1 Bedroom super king size. 1 En suite bathroom with shower over Whirlpool bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Private hot tub. Shared small indoor heated plunge pool (available April and September). Shared indoor play barn. Electric and central heating included. Ample off road parking. Wi Fi included. 1 dog welcome ( 100 security deposit payable on arrival and please kindly keep on a lead when on site but outside of the enclosed garden area). In line with the current government guidance the outdoor communal areas will remain open with use of hand sanitisers etc whilst being mindful also of the social distancing guidance when using outside seating. The indoor games barn will be closed until further notice, however the property will have a box of board games and outside games that will have been disinfected and quarantined between use. The pool will be open on a rota basis in 2021 (booked on arrival) .
