The centre of Westward Ho! is also within walking distance and here you will find a further two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach alongside a selection of local amenities including a golf course tennis courts and a great range of shops pubs and restaurants. Other places of interest accessible from here include Hartland Abbey and Quay The Big Sheep The Milky Way Appledore and Clovelly RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal or enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Step inside this delightful property and you will immediately find yourself in a beautifully presented light and bright lounge area. Here comfortable sofas sit in front of a Smart TV with a Nintendo Wii and there is also a Bluetooth stereo with iPod dock meaning that you can listen to your favourite music while enjoying a relaxed meal in the dining area. The kitchen area is also fantastically appointed and boasts an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor and here you will discover a gorgeous king-size bedroom with a TV/DVD located next to this is a compact yet perfectly formed single bedroom with a small single bed (suitable for a child) also with a TV/DVD. The final room inside the property is a lovely contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside and located to the side of the property you will find a delightful enclosed garden with lawn area patio two person hot tub garden furniture and a gas BBQ and this provides a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Further to this you can explore the extensive grounds which lead directly to the sea or enjoy the on-site facilities which include a play barn and indoor heated plunge pool . Ample off-road parking is provided. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 single bedroom (suitable for a child). 1 bathroom. Private hot tub. The indoor games barn will be closed until further notice, however the property will have a box of board games and outside games that will have been disinfected and quarantined between use. The pool will now be open in 2021 on a rota basis (booked on guests arrival).
