This conveniently positioned cottage is ideal for small families or groups of friends who want to be close to the beach and what a fantastic beach, with 2 miles of golden sands and the pebble ridge dominating this seaside town.
The beach has excellent facilities and offers a superb spot for keen surfers or body boarders. Lots to see and do nearby with spectacular scenery along the coastal footpaths that lead down the coast towards the famous cliffside village of Clovelly, or join in the various children's activities organised (seasonal) by the Northam Burrows Country Park. Play a round of golf on the oldest links course in the country at the Royal North Devon Golf Club or wander along the promenade with an ice cream and enjoy the sea air. All in all the property offers an ideal holiday location with every amenity close to hand.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size double with washbasin, 1 twin with room for a travel cot, 1 small twin bedroom.
