You will be less than a 15 minute walk to many amenities including the popular surfing beach, championship golf course, tennis courts, shops, pubs and restaurants. Perfect for touring North Devon, the market town of Bideford is a 5 minute drive and is home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. Other attractions well worth a visit include Clovelly with its cobbled street, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and much more. Walkers will be spoilt with some of Devon's best cliff-top walks from the village as well as Northam Burrows which is a haven for wildlife. Offering FOUR bedrooms: arranged over the 4 floors, on the ground floor there is 1 double and 1 twin. 1 double with Juliet balcony and en-suite dressing area leading to shower room with WC on the second floor. 1 further twin room on the third floor.

Lounge / diner: situated on the first floor with lovely views TV, DVD, stereo, seating for 8 and patio doors out onto a balcony with views over the bay.
