This delightful property sits in the grounds of the owners’ boutique Georgian guest house. Privacy is assured however, with its own private garden area and parking.
The village itself provides a couple of pubs, a church, Post Office and small shop. Also ideal for guests wishing to travel without a car as there is a railway station in the village linking you to the cathedral city of Exeter and the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline with fossil filled beaches at Lyme Regis and sandy beaches at Sidmouth and Exmouth.
