The hamlet of Corsley is located 3 miles west of Warminster in the verdant county of Wiltshire. Close to the border of neighbouring Somerset this picturesque area has many local attractions including Cley Hill which is cared for by the National Trust Shearwater and Longleat which is famed for its stunning Elizabethan house and Safari Park. The vibrant Somerset town of Frome is around 3 miles north-west and boasts characterful cobbled streets and a great selection of boutique shops selling artisan foods and gifts as well as essential supplies. The charming historic centre has a wealth of architectural interest alongside a thriving contemporary and performing arts scene. The surrounding Mendip hills provide the perfect backdrop for all manner of outdoor pursuits. Conveniently set beside the A362 with Somerset to the west and Wiltshire to the east the property is accessed via a gated sloping driveway. A doorway leads directly into the galley style kitchen. This contemporary space is well-equipped with a range style electric oven and gas hob dishwasher and microwave. Completing the accommodation is a spacious king-size bedroom with TV plus en-suite shower and WC. Doors lead from the lounge into the fully enclosed garden. This inviting space has a patio area with furniture immediately to the back of the property and an area of lawn laid with artificial grass. Younger guests will enjoy the play equipment which includes a slide climbing frame and swing. There is also an outdoor games room with TV dartboard tabletennis and pool table so why not challenge the family to a game before relaxing in the hot tub with Bluetooth function.
