PRETTY ANNEXE TO MAIN FARMHOUSE WITH BEACH A SHORT WALK AWAY
This delightful property nestles next to the owner’s property on a small organic farm with sheep and chickens. It has been built and developed in a sustainable way using a number of local and natural materials and offers a great escape for couples looking to explore this lovely area.
Perfectly placed on the Jurassic Coast, designated as England's first Natural World Heritage Site, and spanning 95 miles of the Dorset and East Devon coastline taking in some of the very finest walks and views available. The seaside village of Charmouth is a 2 mile walk from the property and offers an array of shops and pubs. Lyme Regis is also within easy reach and boasts an unspoilt seafront with sheltered south-facing beaches and traditional deckchairs that still line the promenade in summer. Other attractions in the area include the charming coastal resorts of Beer, Seaton, Sidmouth, Branscombe and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: super-king size (that can be presented as a twin upon request) with en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and WC. Shower-room: with electric shower and WC, located on the ground floor. Lounge / diner: lovely cosy area with large flatscreen TV / DVD and French doors with garden views. Kitchen: with electric double hotplate hob, small electric combination microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Regret no washing machine but it is possible to use the one in the main farmhouse by arrangement.
Outside: private patio area with garden furniture.
Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor and central heating on the first floor) and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome, please kindly keep on leads when on site.
Location: beach 2 miles, pub within walking distance and selection of pubs, shops and restaurants in Charmouth 2 miles.
