Garway Hill one of the most beautiful places in Herefordshire you will easily be able to climb the remainder of the hill where on a clear day you can enjoy views across five counties whilst enjoying the local wildlife that includes mountain horses sheep and Great Crested Newts. Also within easy reach the Offas Dyke Wye Valley Way and the Forest of Dean as well as horse riding and kayaking available on the River Monnow and River Wye. The vibrant town of Monmouth is close by with elegant Georgian mansions and Victorian courtyards offering shops pubs and restaurants. The area has many castles including Monmouth Goodrich & Raglan Castles and numerous beautiful churches including the remains of the stunning Tintern Abbey just half an hour away. Take a moment to enjoy the views across the countryside towards the Welsh Mountains before you step inside this beautiful building. Leave your coats and boots within the hallway and step on into the kitchen the nub of this traditional cottage with a large picture window framing the stunning view. The kitchen has been finished with a traditional style and is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave coffee machine and dishwasher. A large wooden table and chairs takes centre stage with low lighting thats simply perfect for a family supper. A utility room is accessed off the kitchen/diner a great space for muddy boots and dogs offering a fridge/ freezer and washing machine. And when its time to relax step into the lounge where you can sit back in front of the wood burner the cosy sofas and floral fabric armchairs really finish the room. There is a TV and a small alcove with card table and selection of games. And when you really want some peace hideaway in the small snug with a good book there is also a TV within this room. So when the day is done climb the stairs where there are three bedrooms. A double room with original feature fireplace a double with stunning views across the countryside and a twin room with feature fireplace and basin. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a further small shower and WC. Step outside and enjoy the views the garden has a rustic feel with a patio area offering a table and chairs with the remainder of the grounds set as a mature meadow. The rear of the property forms part of Garway Hillside and has sheep roaming freely. There is off road parking for three cars.
