This property is situated in one of Kents best-loved coastal towns: Whitstable. The town makes a fantastic place to enjoy a quiet seaside break particularly for those who enjoy eating out and sampling the local food. Enjoy the beach and coastal walks as well as a variety of water sports including windsurfing kite surfing and sailing. Whitstable is famous for its oysters which are celebrated every July at the Oyster Festival. Why not take a bike ride along the seafront or follow the Crab and Winkle Way or ride along the coast of Herne Bay. Nearby is the city of Canterbury which is home to the countrys oldest Cathedral. Visit the ancient ruins of St Augustines Abbey and St Martins Church which form Canterburys UNESCO World Heritage site. Enter into the hallway with space to hang coats and store shoes to your left is the open-plan sitting room/diner the cosy sitting room area has comfy seating to relax in front of the open fire and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV whilst the dining area seats everyone for those all-important family meals. Back into the hall and to your right is the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The hallway also houses a separate WC/ utility room where you will find the washer/dryer. From the dining area head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find the king-size bedroom with a dressing area through to the en-suite bathroom with shower over bath separate handheld shower head and WC. Take the stairs up to the second floor where you will find the double bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading outside from the kitchen out to the enclosed garden with charcoal BBQ and garden furniture for you to enjoy those warm summer evenings dining alfresco. A gate from the rear garden offers access to to the public car park behind the property. Parking can be found un restricted roadside parking to the front or a public car park to the rear (local charges apply). Need to know: 2 Bedrooms 1 king size and 1 double. 1 en suite bathroom, 1 en suite shower room, 1 separate WC. Travel Cot. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Washer/dryer located in the ground floor WC. Underfloor heating on the ground floor.. 2 dogs welcome. Unrestricted roadside parking or public car park (local charges apply). Wi Fi included. Beach, pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Smart TV in sitting room. Charcoal BBQ.
