Winn Cottage is a stone-built terraced cottage in the heart of the town of Pateley Bridge in North Yorkshire. It has one double bedroom as well as a bathroom, it can sleep two people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside there is nearby roadside parking and a rear courtyard with a table and chairs. Winn Cottage is a charming cottage in a beautiful market town to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Pateley Bridge, voted Great Britain`s Best Village High Street in 2016, is a town in the valley of the River Nidd. Alleys and yards off the main street housing offering shops places to eat and drink, two butchers, a fishmongers, a bakery and the oldest sweet shop in England. Pateley Bridge is known for its floral displays, whilst the nearby leisure centre has a swimming pool and the riverside park with children`s play area is not to be missed. Also worth a visit is the Craft Workshops and the Nidderdale Museum - a lively collection of displays illustrating all aspects of Dales life in the past. Up and downstream, the Nidd Valley offers excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and birdwatching.
