CHARMING STONE COTTAGE, SET WITHIN A BEAUTIFUL RURAL VILLAGE
This semi-detached stone cottage has been renovated to a high standard whilst retaining its original wooden beams giving it that cottage feel.
Situated within a peaceful, unspoilt village with family pub, Post Office / general store and children's play area on the village green, yet an ideal holiday base to explore south Somerset and Dorset's famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast (12 miles). You will have a vast choice of country walks from your doorstep and cycle routes to enjoy and explore. Chard is 4 miles away and has a wide variety of shops, interesting buildings and is well served with places to eat and drink. Forde Abbey is 1 mile away, a splendid country house with extensive gardens, tea room, craft shop and plant sales. The excellent beaches of Charmouth and Lyme Regis are a 25 minutes drive.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double with TV, en-suite shower room and WC, 1 further double room and 1 twin bedroom with TV.
Bathroom: with hand held shower over bath and WC. Care must taken with children as all of the windows upstairs are at floor level. Separate WC off the utility room.
