Located in a central position in the village of Wool this bright and airy property has great local amenities on the doorstep and is also ideally situated for touring this picturesque area. The historic walled town of Wareham is easily accessible where you can head to the river and hire a boat or a kayak for some fresh air and fun. The stunning Jurassic Coastline is ever popular and is home to many of Dorsets most photographed attractions including Lulworth Cove and Corfe Castle which is a must see for history lovers. For those wishing to get active there are many walking and cycling routes locally or perhaps visit the Tank Museum or Monkey World for a great day out or if you fancy a trip to London or surrounding towns you can access the main train line within a short walk of the property. There is also a couple of golf courses within a short drive if you like to hit a ball or two. Originally serving the village as a convenience store this beautiful terraced cottage has been lovingly converted to create a stylish yet characterful property. From the roadside a path leads to the front entrance which opens into a welcoming lounge complete with inglenook fireplace and wood burner. The addition of a Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating makes this the ideal spot in which to relax after a day spent exploring. Heading up a step into an inner hallway you will find the bathroom on your left this inviting space has a fabulous roll top bath as well as a separate shower and WC. Just opposite is a handy storage room perfect for putting your walking gear at the end of the day. At the end of the hallway is the kitchen designed with care and well-equipped this space is home to a range style electric oven and gas hob and additional electric oven fridge and dishwasher. A dining table is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast. Just next door and up a step is a utility space with washing machine tumble dryer freezer and a microwave. Leading on from the kitchen is a light and bright conservatory looking out over the garden. this generous space has a TV sofas where you can rest a while with a good book and a dining table suitable for all the family. Heading back into the inner hallway you will find a staircase rising to the first floor immediately to your left is a cosy single bedroom accessed via a few steps. Opposite you will find a charming double bedroom before reaching a spacious king-size bedroom with separate dressing area and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. All of the bedrooms include a Smart TV and have been decorated with care in a contemporary coastal style which is sure to aid a restful nights sleep. Due to the age of the property there are changes of level peppered throughout which only adds to its character and charm. Heading outside to the rear of the property you will find a wonderful enclosed garden with changes of level patio areas and lawn providing many options on where to sit with your sun loungers or strike up the gas BBQ. A shepherds hut offers alternative sleeping accommodation and includes a double bed which can be made up on request (additional charge of 40) or simply provides the perfect backdrop for lazy afternoons in the garden. To the front of the cottage is a grassed area suitable for two cars and further roadside parking (subject to availability). Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single. 1 bathroom and 1 en suite shower room. Range style oven, gas hob and additional electric oven, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and freezer. Wood burner (first basket of logs). Electric and central heating included.
