Superb location in Wooler which is an excellent central location for visiting various points of interest including the popular gateway town to the Cheviot Hills with a myriad of walking trails and cycling routes to explore including Humbleton Hill and the lovely waterfall at Linhope Spout. Wooler also offers golf horse riding and fishing for visitors. There is a leisure club with a swimming pool and entertainment within walking distance as well as a childrens play park and beautiful river walks. Close by you can visit a wide range of historic and family attractions such as the haunted castle at Chillingham and St. Cuthberts Cave. The villages of Ford and Etal offer a range of fun things to do including steam railway rides then there is Alnwick Gardens and fabulous Castle. Further afield is Holy Island Bamburgh Castle and day trips to the Farn Islands. Enter through the impressive columned front door into a large vestibule here you will find a the handy separate WC and doors leading into the lounge dining room and the staircase. Walk through into the spacious dining room where you can enjoy sociable meals together with a table and seating for 12 a wood burner set in an attractive stone fireplace and wood flooring. A door leads you to the stylish kitchen with the perfect facilities to prepare your meals including a electric oven and gas hob microwave American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Overlooking the courtyard the French doors and windows allow the light to flood into the room. Enjoy your breakfast sitting at the island or chatting to the cook with a glass of wine in the evenings. There is a utility/boot room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a wine cooler and hooks for your coats and outdoor gear. There are two elegant lounge areas to relax in one with large sofas and a wood burner where you can cosy up to watch a film or catch up on your favourite shows on TV/DVD with Sky or Netflix and opposite this area there is a second lounge with a feature fireplace comfortable armchairs books and games. A glazed door leads out into the expansive garden from here. Heading up the wide staircase there are two floors where you will find the six beautifully furnished bedrooms. Starting at top on the second floor there are two pretty double bedrooms with an en-suite shower and WC one with a TV and the other with a Smart TV. On the first floor all the bedrooms also have a TV there are two king-size with en-suite shower and WC. A super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite shower and WC.
