Conveniently located in a quiet lane 1 minute from the centre of the classic village of Woolsery with a church, chapel, the friendly well-stocked village store / Post Office, open seven days a week, and fish and chip shop. The village also boasts a sports centre which includes tennis.
Enjoy country walks along the beautiful North Devon section of the South West Coast Path from the steep cobbled street of Clovelly and onto the spectacular cliffs at Hartland Quay and Morwenstow or walk / cycle the famous Tarka Trail. Stroll alongside a stream down to the beach at nearby beautiful Bucks Mills or along miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! Other local attractions include Milky Way Adventure Park, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal at Torrington, Docton Gardens and the Abbey at Hartland, the Gnome Reserve, the unique Big Sheep, scenic Tamar Lakes with wildlife conservation areas plus potteries and riding stables. Take the A39 coastal road east to the delightful old town of Bideford astride the River Torridge and the former fishing village of Appledore. A 10 minute drive to the west and you are in Cornwall with The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan or head south to the Dartmoor National Park.
