Great for thrill seekers with rock climbing and canoeing at Symonds Yat Go Ape at Mallards Pike and mountain biking throughout the Forest of Dean and Black Mountains across the Welsh Border. Whatever the time of year you ll be spoilt for choice with a vibrant events calendar for foodies festivals to include Abergavenny and Forest Showcase festival for music lovers many of the smaller villages host festivals throughout the summer months. Not forgetting the Hay on Wye festival and Cheltenham Gold Cup. Take a minute to take in the view across the roof tops of the village below before you step in inside.
