DELIGHTFUL HOLIDAY HOME NESTLED WITHIN A PICTURESQUE COTTAGE GARDEN
This purpose built property provides an ideal base for couples and families looking to explore all that North Devon has to offer. Set within the grounds of the owners’ house but with privacy being assured, aside from a couple of free-range hens!
The immediate area has much to offer with all of North Devon’s popular beaches including Westward Ho!, Saunton and Croyde within easy reach. Other days out can include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Dartington Crystal and stunning Exmoor with its wildlife and rugged scenery. RHS Rosemoor Gardens is also spectacular at any time of the year. For those feeling more active, The Tarka Trail is within easy reach and is perfect for those wishing to walk or cycle. There are also many wonderful pubs within the area, but if venturing out is too much effort just sit back and relax in the lovely garden where only the busy bees from the owners hive need worry about doing any work.
This accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with small flatscreen TV with Freeview and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with bath, shower cubicle and WC.
Lounge: beautifully light and airy room with galleried landing above, flatscreen TV / DVD, selection of games, puzzles and DVDs, and woodburner. Kitchen / diner: modern fitted kitchen well-equipped with washer / dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Outside: enclosed shared ground with lawns, selection of games and toys, pretty pond and seating.

Additional info: beach equipment can be borrowed from the owners and facilities are available to clean and dry bikes, wet-suits etc.
