This delightful bungalow is situated in the picturesque seaside village of Croyde. Adjoining the property is the private self-contained annexe Croyde Shores that can be booked in addition or is also perfect for two. The owners know how important privacy is so they both have their own enclosed gardens and separate entrances.
Croyde is a few minutes walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, family pubs and Croyde's excellent sandy beach, where you can try your hand at a wide range of watersports. North Devon has a host of activities on offer to compliment the wonderful scenery, visit one of the many all year attractions, enjoy a walk over Exmoor National Park or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with children's bunk beds.
Bathroom: new with bath, quadrant shower, hand basin and WC.
Lounge: with electric fire, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen / diner: with lovely views to the sea from the dining area. Well-equipped kitchen with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside: enclosed garden with a raised paving area, outside seating and BBQ.
Amenities: private entrance with ample driveway parking. Bed linen, electric, night storage heating and wi-fi included. 1 dog welcome in during winter period (Oct - Easter). Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Additional info: returnable security deposit of £100 required 4 weeks prior to arrival payable direct to owner.
