TRADITIONAL SEASIDE TOWN HOUSE IN PORTHCAWL NEAR POPULAR SANDY BEACHES
This house is deceptively spacious and set in a residential area of Porthcawl. Ideal for family groups that want to be within walking distance of sandy beaches, seaside amusements and various attractions of the town and nearby Trecco Bay.
Located within the town, 600 metres from the popular beaches which have lifeguards. A short walk will take you to the town centre offering something for everyone. A short drive will take you into the rolling countryside and further sandy beaches of South Wales. The cosmopolitan city of Cardiff is a 30 minute drive or a visit to the fairy tale castle of Castell Coch. Margam Country Park 8 miles, with its 500 acre deer park is a fun family day out or Kenfig Nature Reserve is 5 miles.
Split over three floors the spacious accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: on the first floor, 2 family bedrooms with double and single bed, 1 bunk bedroom. On the second floor (not suitable for young children) low headroom stairs lead to a small lounge area on landing with TV, DVD, books and games with 1 family room with double and single bed, 1 single attic bedroom. Bathrooms: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with WC.
Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer and occasional breakfast area. Dining room: with seating for 8. Utility: washing machine, storage area ideal for boot and wet weather gear with door leading to garden area.
Outside: small lawn and seating area with BBQ.
Amenities: parking available locally. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 3 dogs welcome (to be kept on the ground floor).

Location: beach and town with shops, pub and restaurants a short walk. Arrival: 4pm.
