This property enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Lying just across from the property is the towns wide shingle beach which gives way to sand during low tide and offers visitors the opportunity to hire beach huts on a daily or weekly basis. With breath-taking sea views overlooking the pier this is the ideal place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show. A little further down the beach is the lifeboat museum and historic Wish Tower. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and for families there are a wide range of attractions in the local area including Drusillas Zoo Fort Fun and the Knockhatch Centre. Stairs from the main entrance lead up to the top floor apartment which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes then up to the front of the apartment where a door leads straight through to the tastefully finished lounge/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time together.
