This unique and spacious 18th century house is situated in a wonderful location between two quays, the famous Custom House Quay and King Charles Quay. It is a few minutes walk to all amenities. The house has lovely sea and estuary views from all the windows where you can see the many yachts, tall ships and fishing boats coming and going from the nearby harbour and marina.
Relax in the large bright sitting room enjoying the stunning views across the estuary or enjoy the many attractions which Falmouth has to offer which includes restaurants, family pubs, specialist shops, art galleries, National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, wide sandy beaches and coves, leisure and fishing trips all a short walk away. On the ground floor 1 double with TV / DVD and en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: large room on first floor with seating, 40" TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and dining area. Kitchen: fitted and well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave. Cloakroom with WC on the ground floor. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Amenities: parking for 2 cars adjacent to the property. Bed linen and electric included. Central heating is an extra £50 per week from 1 October to 30 May. Towels for hire. Pets by arrangement.
