If you are looking to explore on foot or two wheels the property is set within the countryside of the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast. Visit the nearby coastal town of Birdlington with shops restaurants spa and harbour and is known as the lobster capital of Europe. Explore Sewerby Hall and Gardens a beautiful country house with gardens woodland and animals. Head further afield to the city of York where you can explore the cathedral and minster visit one of the museums and historic landmarks or enjoy some retail therapy and get a bite to eat. Park directly in front of the property and start to unpack for your stay. Stepping into this seaside property you ll be taken down the hallway and into the lounge/diner. This light and welcoming room features comfortable seating a Smart TV dvd player and a cosy wood burner the perfect place to warm your toes after a day of walking and exploring. The dining area has a large dining table comfortably seating six for those special family moments. Head through to the kitchen which has a good range of contemporary units and oak worktops with electric oven with gas hob and TV. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with dishwasher microwave washing machine and fridge/freezer. Its also a great place to dry wet clothes especially if you ve been down to the beach for surf. Up some steep stairs on to the first floor is a beautiful bathroom which features a roll-top bath separate shower and WC. On the first floor there are also two generous bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request). Up the next set of steep stairs to the second floor is a king-size bedroom with television plenty of natural light and space to store your clothes. Outside you ll find a patio and lawn area a perfect spot to chill at the end of your days exploration. There is secure lock-up storage if you wish to store your bike or beach equipment and roadside parking is subject to availability.
