Flore is a quaint conservation village with a pub a post office a church and views over the Upper Nene Valley. Explore the footpaths along the Grand Union Canal or visit one of many historical houses in the area including Althorp Dodford Manor and Holdenby House. Close to J16 of the M1 as well as the Silverstone racetrack this is a wonderful base with great transport links. The Shires Shopping Village (3 miles) and The Canal Museum (14 miles) are also close by. Northampton is just 7 miles away Towcester is 9 miles and Daventry is 7 miles. Step into the cottage to find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge space has high ceilings and painted brickwork with complementing art. There is a comfy sofa situated near the Smart TV (with a basic Sky package) and enough room for two to snuggle up and watch a good film. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob fridge microwave and basic essentials for rustling up a meal if you decide not to head out. A few steps lead down from the living space into the bedroom which has a double bed a desk and plenty of hanging space. The small shower room offers a shower and WC. Outside the cottage has a patio with seating and a lawn which is fully enclosed and surrounded by mature planting. The hot tub is tucked away for privacy and is the perfect place to relax with good company. Need to know: 1 bedroom double. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave.
