This charming, cosy detached cottage, set in the grounds of the owners' home, offers a delightful holiday home for a couple.
The village of Frockheim dates back to 1814 and is in the perfect spot for touring the area and exploring the quaint old fishing villages nearby. The coastal town of Montrose is 12 miles away and travelling inland you will discover Brechin and Forfar approximately 8 miles away. Glamis Castle is within a short driving distance and Dundee is the nearest city. The surrounding area offers a wide choice of golf courses, river or sea angling.
The accommodation set on one level offers ONE bedroom: double sofa bed. Shower room. Lounge / kitchen: open-plan with TV / Freeview / DVD. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Outside: guests are welcome to use the beautiful mature enclosed garden and sheltered patio seating area with BBQ.
Amenities: bed linen and electric included. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking.
