This stylish and tastefully decorated property is located just a stones throw from the beach in the popular seaside town of Cromer. The Pavilion Theatre on Cromer Pier boasts annual summer and winter shows which draw crowds from around the country and you ll often see the crab boats dragged up at the foot of The Gangway which is a reminder to sample a fresh crab sandwich. There is a good range of shops in the town as well as an excellent choice of independent restaurants many of which specialise in fresh locally-caught seafood. The Norfolk Coastal Path is close by offering picturesque scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages of Sheringham Weybourne and the historic Georgian town of Holt full of independent boutique shops. Keen golfers will enjoy two nearby courses: Royal Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club. As you enter this stylish and characterful three-storey house which has been decorated beautifully you arrive into the hallway and immediately get a feel for the design and decor the owners have carefully considered. On the ground floor you have the shower room with WC which is convenient given the close proximity to the beach so you ll no doubt have sand in your hair and between your toes. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and a small fridge with ice compartment and there is a breakfast bar area with two bar stools where you can enjoy a light snack. Why not be a bit more formal and light a candle and savour over a romantic meal for two around the dining table. Heading up the first flight of stairs to the first floor you come to the cosy charming and comfortable lounge that not only has some wonderful artwork and furniture but also two comfortable sofas and two extra chairs. This additional space will serve you well should you have guests visiting - whether you want to discuss the next day of adventures or just snuggle down with a film on the TV and DVD player. The stairs leading to the second floor take you to the bedroom where you not only have a sea view you also have a king-size bed in a room which carries with it the theme of the rest of the property which offers a true home-from-home environment ensuring a good nights sleep.
