Nestled in the charming village of Churston Ferrers, this end terraced traditional cottage offers the ideal base for exploring the area.
There are many attractions virtually on your door step. The historic fishing town of Brixham is less than a mile away and has a variety of shops, restaurants, fishing and boating trips. Torbay itself has many delights including a range of long sandy beaches and attractions to suit most tastes, Woodlands Adventure Park, Greenway and Kents Caverns to mention but a few. Closer to home are golf courses, go karting or why not explore the hidden coves taking in the views along the South West Coast Path. In the evenings, enjoy a meal at one of popular pubs and restaurants, or relax in the private cobbled courtyard with a glass of wine.
This traditional accommodation is approached via an original uneven cobbled courtyard (this has shared access with the neighbouring cottage). The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard offering ONE bedroom: with king-size bed, useful second room adjacent ideal for travel cot. Shower room: with WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: on the ground floor, with cooker, fridge, microwave, TV, DVD and woodburner. Utility: with washing machine.
Outside: useful outbuilding for storage and behind this is the private patio.
Amenities: road-side parking to front the front of the cottage. Bed linen, electric and towels included. 1 medium size dog welcome. Regret no smoking in the property.
