The wide expansive beach at Goodrington Sands is within walking distance of the property and offers everything you could wish for from a family seaside resort: deckchairs swimming golden sands pedalo hire and even a steam railway which runs along the beachfront taking visitors to Paignton to the north and Kingswear to the south. Paignton town centre is around two miles from the property with its restaurants bars shops and its well-loved zoo with over 2000 resident animals there is plenty here for everyone to enjoy. On entering this property guests will be struck by the calming and tasteful decoration throughout. The comfortable lounge/diner has two distinct areas. The lounge area of this room has a TV DVD and Sky TV whilst the dining area has a large dining table comfortably seating 10. The kitchen is spacious and features a second TV as well as all the cooking facilities that you would expect plus some extras including an Aga wok hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Doors lead off from the kitchen to a pleasant sun room whilst there is also access to the patio area of the propertys garden. The washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the garage. A games room is available for those stay at home fun days.
