Situated on the edge of the cathedral city of Truro this property is a perfect city retreat with many bars cafes restaurants and cinema a short stroll away. From Malpas you can take the ferry down to the beautiful tidal River Fal past Tregothnan Estate (8 miles) to St Mawes (19 miles) and bustling Falmouth (11.5 miles). Head to the National Trusts Trelissick Garden (5 miles) The Lost Gardens of Heligan (14 miles) or Eden Project (19 miles)for a great day out. The north and south coasts Cornwall are just a short drive away in either direction (roughly 10 miles depending on destination) both boasting spectacular beaches sailing facilities and pretty fishing villages. Venture a little further afield to some of Cornwalls most popular attractions which include St Michaels Mount Godrevy and St. Ives all within easy reach. Entering the property into the hall you can hang up your outerwear before heading into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well equipped to rustle up some home-cooked food with everything you ll need including an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening tipple and the dining area has seating for all. From here you can open the bi-fold doors and extend the social space or gather round and watch the Smart TV after a busy day.
