Nestling in the centre of bustling Looe and a minute's walk to the beach, quayside, pubs, shops, restaurants and more. With the added bonus of an allocated parking spot and patio area, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing break without a car.
Looe is a traditional fishing village steeped in history, serviced by a railway line and famed for its fishing trips, beach and choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. For those looking for a lazy break, you can unwind at one of the nearby sandy, safe bathing beaches. Polperro with its welcoming pubs and restaurants is also close by. The more energetic can take breath-taking cliff-top walks along Cornwall's spectacular coast path or try golf, cycling, riding, tennis, or water sports. Excellent days out for the whole family may include the world-renowned Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, historic Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican, Bodmin Moor or the nearby Monkey Sanctuary.
The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 double rooms, 1 bunk bedroom suitable for children and 1 twin room, all with TV / DVD.

Lounge: with flatscreen TV / DVD, iPod dock, feature fire surround and leather sofas. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: small area with electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Utility / shower room: external room opposite the kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer, large shower cubicle and WC.
Outside: compact enclosed garden area with steps leading up to patio with garden furniture.
Amenities: allocated parking spot 50 yards and then public car park 10 minute walk. Bed linen, towels (not beach towels), wi-fi, electric and central heating included. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome (please note that dogs are not allowed on the main beach). Regret no smoking.
