This stylish maisonette forms part of a large Victorian house and is located close to Hastings Country Park and within walking distance of Hastings Old Town with its independent shops cafes and restaurants. Enjoy watching the local fishing fleet come in with the catch of the day or take a ride up the East Hill funicular railway one of the steepest in England or enjoy a stroll along the refurbished Hastings pier winner of the 2017 Pier of the Year award. Slightly further afield is the pretty medieval town of Rye with its cobbled streets and pretty tearooms or take a trip to Battle Abbey to experience the most famous battle in history in 1066. The entrance to the maisonette leads you into a small lobby area with space for hanging coats and dropping off shoes and then through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax in the lounge area with a comfy sofa and armchair and a Smart TV or enjoy one of the many board games provided.
