The property is set in an elevated position with far-reaching views of the sea and Ilfracombe Harbour. Being proximal to a range of pubs restaurants and shops this is a great location if you don t want to venture too far. You are also close by to the Tunnels Beaches family amusements Ilfracombe Aquarium and a swimming pool. A great day out and fun for the children can be found at Watermouth Castle (2 miles) just a short drive away and worth a visit during your stay. Woolacombe is also only 7 miles away and is the perfect town for a traditional day at the beach with a choice of restaurants and shops. Slightly closer is the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (6 miles) a great day out for all the family. Enter this fabulous stylishly decorated property via the porch where you have room to store hats coats and welly boots. From here you will pass through a utility room complete with a washer/dryer and plenty of storage space. This room leads through to a quiet reading room complete with comfy seating the perfect spot for relaxing or reading a good book. The next room is the lounge with high ceilings and a beautiful bay window allowing lots of natural light to flood in. This room offers a games console and Smart TV too. Moving through into the hallway past the handy separate WC you will find a unique and glamorous cocktail bar area with bar stools and drinks display cabinet for all your cocktail needs - a really fun place to gather in the evening and have fun. The kitchen/diner is located off the hallway and offers a fabulous contemporary style whilst showing shimmers of character from the high ceilings bay windows and mid-century furnishings.
