Situated on the outskirts of the village of Herodsfoot where keen walkers can join the West Looe Valley Trail. As well as Looe there are several other interesting towns and villages in the local area including Polperro with its restaurants craft galleries sandy beach tidal pool and pleasure boat trips. A little further away but still within easy reach the world-renowned Eden Project is a must-see for visitors to the area. Enter into this stunning newly renovated property and find yourself in the beautiful kitchen/diner exceptionally well-equipped with electric oven induction hob microwave American-style fridge/freezer coffee machine and dishwasher. Along with a farmhouse dining table to seat everyone this is the perfect space to cook up and enjoy a family meal. Head into the lounge and curl up on the comfy sofas and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV or throw open the patio doors and enjoy the views out over the countryside.
