The property is just a 20-minute drive from the lovely town of Barnstaple where there are a wealth of shops restaurants bars and clubs. A short stroll from the barn and you are in the village centre where there are two pubs a small shop and Post Office. For golfers the beautiful Libbaton Golf Club is nearby. Other attractions nearby include RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal as well as the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly and the sandy beaches at Woolacombe and Saunton to name but a few. Entering the barn you get the feeling of space provided by the vaulted ceiling and feature light fitting. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides everything you will need for your stay. Watch all your favourite programmes on the Smart TV whilst settling down on the comfortable sofa.
