Fromus Rise is a comfortable modern, semi-detached house which is an ideal base for a family holiday with all the amenities of Saxmundham a short walk away and a 15 minute drive to the beautiful coast. Besides all the comforts inside, the house has an enclosed rear garden with barbecue for you to enjoy the outside space.
Downstairs is a comfy sitting room and an open-plan kitchen/dining space with french doors opening onto the back garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is space around the dining table for everyone to sit down together. Upstairs, the bedrooms each have their own bathroom and the third bedroom, which has a single bed is perfect for a child with lots of brightly coloured furniture with a dinosaur theme. The two double bedrooms each have king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Heading out and about, the Victorian seaside town of Aldeburgh is a 15 minute drive away and Snape Maltings is just over 10 minutes. If you feel like some exercise, there are lots of quieter roads for cycling.
