With walks and amenities close by it provides a perfect base for families and couples alike. Nearby is the cliff side village of Clovelly with its whitewashed cottages and winding cobbled street down the hillside to the harbour where pubs shops and restaurants can be enjoyed with the local fishermen showing off their daily catch. Hartland boasts a selection of craft and pottery shops cafes restaurants as well as some of the most spectacular coastline views in the British Isles from Hartland Point. Situated a short drive away is the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which is also linked to Northam Burrows. RHS Rosemoor The Milky Way and Wake Park are also make for a great day out. Enter into the stone built barn the ground floor greets you with a spacious lounge with beamed ceiling and door leading out to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room is light and airy and there is a shower room with toilet on this floor. Upstairs there is a spacious king size bedroom with beautiful beamed ceiling and a twin bedroom with the beams running throughout. Outside is an enclosed shingle garden with decked area garden furniture and BBQ. Leading on from the garden you have access to the owners 8 acres of peaceful grounds including a small lake to enjoy.
