This superb and unique property sits in an enviable harbourside position in the seaside town of Ilfracombe. The harbour area is peppered with a variety of restaurants and bars along with small independent shops and amusements. Damien Hirsts famous statue Verity is located on the seafront. The Landmark Theatre is close by offering shows live music and festivals throughout the year. Historic Tunnels Beaches with its bathing pool is nearby too and is a real hit with families. On the outskirts of the town is the fabulous Torrs Walk which zig-zags up the cliff face taking in some spectacular coastal scenery. Fantastic family-friendly beaches can be found at Woolacombe (7 miles) Croyde (10 miles) and Saunton (11.5 miles). Walkers can explore nearby Exmoor and the Southwest Coast Path. Entering the front door into a shared entrance hall a staircase leads up to the apartment entrance where you will find two separate WC s.
