STYLISH COTTAGE IN BUSTLING VILLAGE
This delightful cottage sits almost in the centre of the village of Kilkhampton next door to one of the two village pubs, both serving good food. The village also boasts village stores, pizzeria and takeaways.
Close by the Tamar Lakes are definitely worth a visit. The lower lake is predominantly a nature reserve and the upper lake offers a variety of watersports, angling and interlinking footpaths for longer walks. A short drive brings you to the spectacular Atlantic coastline with its rugged vista and secluded coves. The seaside town of Bude is only 10 minutes away with beautiful sandy beaches and outdoor sea pool which is suitable for all the family, a range of amenities, shops and restaurants. Further afield and you can explore the many picturesque fishing villages of Cornwall and Devon and the many family attractions.
The cottage has been completely renovated and provides spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 twin, 1 bunk bedroom (double with single above).
