This detached compact cottage provides a good standard of accommodation with its own fenced private patio area and access to the owner's large secluded garden with sun loungers, free-range hens and adjoining paddock with ponies.
Set in the village of Kilkhampton on the A39, close to Bude, Clovelly and areas of outstanding natural beauty. Good access to coastal walks, cycle routes, coves and fishing villages. A perfect base for beaches and rambling (5 parish walks from the door). Sports and leisure club within walking distance, temporary membership available. Additional B&B in owner's cottage. Play facilities: child's playhouse and trampoline (children to be supervised).
The cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Shower room: and separate WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan living area with woodburner effect electric fire, flatscreen TV, DVD, Freeview and mini hi-fi, a compact kitchen area includes electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and breakfast bar. Use of laundry room.
Outside: patio doors lead to a private fenced patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Storage for bicycles, surfboards.
