This wonderful one-bedroom Annexe is ideally located in the beautiful seaside resort of Sandown. There is so much to explore on the Isle of Wight and this makes for a great base. Enjoy days out at the beach or why not head over to the Garlic Farm nearby. There is plenty of walking and cycling routes for the more adventurous types or if you are more of a water sports enthusiast then head on down to Sandown Beach where there is an array of activities to choose from. Enter this beautiful annexe into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen comes complete with an electric oven and hob fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. In the dining area there is a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a lovely evening meal or a spot of breakfast in preparation for a busy day. Gather in front of the TV in the lounge area and relax after a full-on day out exploring or simply enjoy the views of the garden through the patio doors. Head on through the double doors at the back of the lounge where you will find the Sauna located a wonderful treat. The bedroom offers a double bed and benefits two sets of patio doors for additional access out to the garden. The bathroom with shower over whirlpool bath and WC complete this property. The annexe is located beneath the owners own home although privacy is assured. The annexe offers use of the patio area with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy that al fresco dining experience with private use of the lawned area to the front of the annexe. There is allocated parking for 1 car on the drive. Need to know: 1 bedroom double. 1 bathroom with shower over whirlpool bath and WC.
