Situated down a long farm drive this property is adjacent to the farmhouse and accessed via wrought iron steps.
Located in the middle of Devon in the peace and tranquillity of the Little Dart Valley, with beautiful views of the rolling countryside. The small traditional town of Chulmleigh is 3 miles away providing a Spar, dairy, butcher, baker and Post Office. There is also an 18 hole golf course, riding stables and sports centre. While staying at the property you are welcome to wander around the farm observing the wildlife and over 50 different species of birds for the keen birdwatchers. Exmoor, Dartmoor and the beaches on the north and south coasts are all within easy reach for day trips. Walking and cycling can also be enjoyed. The pretty Tarka Train line can provide easy access to both Barnstaple and Exeter.
The spacious accommodation is situated on the first floor via open-tread ironwork steps and offers ONE Bedroom: with zip-and-link double which can be made into twin beds on request.
