Set in a quiet village and a short 3-mile drive from popular Padstow this property is both a stunning rural retreat and a perfect base to explore any one of the North Cornish coasts golden beaches. Picturesque Padstow boasts a pretty harbour independent shops and cafes as well as sea and pleasure boat trips. It also forms the end of the popular Camel Trail a traffic-free cycle and footpath that follows the Camel Estuary to Wenford Bridge via Wadebridge and Bodmin. Venture further afield and visit one of the many attractions this part of Cornwall has to offer including the Eden Project (20 miles) Newquay Sealife Centre (16 miles) and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. This stunning property has a welcoming entrance that takes you into a small hallway leading through to a good size lounge with large windows and a feature fireplace its a cosy space to relax and watch the Smart TV after a day exploring. Head through to the dining room a great area to enjoy a meal at the table for four with lots of character. From here you will move through to the stylish contemporary kitchen with wonderful high ceilings an electric oven and hob microwave and dishwasher. In the utility room you will find a space for storage and a washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a shower room with WC. Up the stairs the first floor is home to two bedrooms. The first is a king-size with TV and large windows that flood the room with natural light. Next door is the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The last of the bedrooms is a good size twin room again with lots of natural light. Outside is an enclosed rear patio with garden furniture. Public and roadside parking is located nearby.
