The surrounding countryside affords wonderful walking opportunities with Carmarthenshire being famed for its unspoilt beauty with a delightful mix of countryside seashores estuaries and woodland to explore. Visit Pembrey Country Park and beach the National Botanic Garden of Wales or head west to historic Laugharne and the resorts of Tenby Saundersfoot and many other visitor attractions all within easy reach. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). On entering this charming cottage you will be greeted by a cosy open-plan lounge/diner containing comfortable sofas chairs and a dining table for six. Here you can relax in the evenings watch the TV or put your feet up in front of the wood burner the perfect spot to curl up with a book and a glass of wine. Exposed stone a large inglenook fireplace and wooden beams add to the ambience of the cottage. Continue through to the kitchen a lovely space with a welcoming country-cottage atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer and is a sociable space with a delightful snug seating area and door leading to the spacious conservatory. The washing machine and tumble dryer meanwhile can be found in the separate utility room which also has a WC. Upstairs to the first floor there are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin plus a bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Heading outside you will find an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs a perfect spot for al fresco dining. There is private parking for three cars.
