This cosy detached cottage on the Roseland Peninsula is situated approximately 1/4 mile down a private lane, one of 3 properties in a secluded wooded valley, with 4 acres of private gardens. The entrance is fenced and gated, children and dogs should be supervised within the grounds This cottage sleeps four people and has three bedrooms; a double with king-size bed, twin and bunk beds. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living area with social space for dining, and well equipped kitchen, plus the family bathroom. The garden has an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining, plus 4 acres of private grounds with woodland and stream. There is off road parking for two cars. Located a mile from the village shop and pub, and a 10 minute walk from the beach, Mill Cottage makes a popular retreat.
Veryan is a historic and picturesque village on the Roseland Peninsula; a popular spot for holidaymakers! Veryan is located close to a number of high quality beaches, including the beaches of East & West Portholland Beaches, Carne Beach, Pendower Beach and of course St Mawes. It is a great location for a holiday in Cornwall, with easy access to Falmouth (via the Ferry), Mevagissey and Truro.
