Brixham boasts several beaches two of which are within a ten-minute walk of the property: Breakwater Beach which is not only popular with families but also with scuba divers and Shoalstone beach a shingle beach with a delightful seawater pool which is free to access. At the heart of this first-floor apartment is the open-plan lounge/diner with its beautiful far-reaching sea views and patio doors which open onto the balcony.
