GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT LOCATED IN QUIETER AREA IN BRIXHAM
This spacious ground floor flat is arranged on one level and situated in a peaceful area of the historic town of Brixham.
The harbour and town is a 15 minute walk away, or if you would rather, catch the bus from the bus stop opposite the property. Once in the town, you are spoilt for choice. You might wish to sample the food in one of the many restaurants, or stroll around one of Britain's most beautiful working harbours, you may even want to have an attempt at crabbing! Take a boat trip to fully appreciate the magnificent UNESCO Geo Park coastline. Shoalstone Beach and Shoalstone outdoor seawater pool are a short walk away, as is Berry Head Country Park, with wonderful sea views across Torbay and the English Channel. Follow the coast path and experience the unspoilt coves along the way. Then come home and relax on the south facing patio. Venturing further afield, you can catch the ferry from Brixham or a traditional steam train from Paignton to Dartmouth, which has a good selection of shops and restaurants. Alternatively if you fancy a drive, Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican, or the cathedral city of Exeter, or Dartmoor National Park are slightly further away but still easily accessible.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: modern with electric shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: with TV, Freeview, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen: fully-equipped with an electric oven / grill, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Outside: attractive shared gardens and south-facing patio area accessed via patio doors in the lounge.
Amenities: private car park with allocated parking. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Regret no pets or smoking in the property. There is no cot or highchair supplied but you are welcome to bring your own, however it will be a cosy fit in the double room.
