The local area benefits from a train station nearby in Leuchars as well as a small village shop. Within easy reach of the world-famous St Andrews home of golf and the vibrant city of Dundee with its excellent range of leisure and shopping facilities. With the picture-postcard East Neuk of Fife fishing villages including boat trips to the famous Isle of May the Fife Coastal Path and the wonderful sandy beaches at Kinshaldy and walks at Tentsmuir on your doorstep you will be spoilt for choice.
