Many routes are available directly from the property and take in stunning scenery such as the Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet Gorge. Lynmouth popularly known as Little Switzerland offers a great choice of pubs restaurants and cafes. You could take a trip to Croyde perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike with sandy beaches and a selection of independent shops pubs and restaurants. There are many other attractions also easily accessible from here including Arlington Court Watermouth Castle Exmoor Zoological Gardens and many other National Trust properties. This charming triple-level property is now part of our exclusive Joules Collection so guests can enjoy mealtimes with a handpicked selection of dinnerware and accessories from the latest collection or relax and unwind in the stylish bedroom. On entering this lovely home you will find the spacious and attractive lounge on the first floor complete with a TV and a balcony from which you can enjoy delightful panoramic sea views. Moving into the elegant kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor you will find everything you may need including an electric Aga with double oven and hob electric hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located inside the utility room. There is also a separate WC on the lower ground floor. The dining area is beautifully situated and leads onto a spacious balcony allowing you to take in the splendid views as you enjoy every meal. Heading up to the first floor you will find two comfy bedrooms there is a super- king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with bath and WC and another super-king-size bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the pleasant sloping split-level garden with shrub borders plus a path and steps which lead to the pizza oven (available on request). Off-road parking is available for two cars. Please note the parking is accessed via a long and narrow sloping driveway - there is also a parking bay at the top of the drive if needed.
