Located in the little hamlet of Cross Inn with the local pub and village shop just a short walk away. Pop to the pretty seaside fishing town of New Quay with its good selection of cafes pubs restaurants two golden sandy beaches and the picturesque harbour where you can take boat trips to spot dolphins or go sea fishing. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling with many visitor attractions within easy reach including the pretty Georgian town of Aberaeron and the quaint resorts of Aberporth and Llangrannog. The ancient town of Cardigan to the south and the Victorian resort of Aberystwyth are also close by. This spacious detached bungalow is perfect for family breaks with lots of thoughtful extras throughout. On entering this lovely property you will find yourself in a very handy boot/utility room with washing machine and plenty of space to kick off your shoes and coats before heading into the light bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. If you decide to eat in this social space is perfect to rustle up a meal. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/grill and induction hob fridge/freezer dishwasher coffee machine and microwave and plenty of worktop space and lovely views out over the garden. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather around and enjoy a meal together and plan the next days adventures. The living room is a great spot to relax with comfortable sofas a cosy wood burner and Smart TV. There are five bedrooms to choose from: a magnificent four-poster double; a double with doors opening to the garden and an en-suite shower and WC; two twin bedrooms one of which has an en-suite shower and WC; and a bunk bedroom perfect for children (only) with 2ft 6 beds. Completing the property is the family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside there is a large front garden with lawn and a terrace with seating and a BBQ which is a lovely spot for morning coffee. The back garden is enclosed and has a fantastic games room with air hockey table tennis dartboard and a Smart TV. The garden is secure for young children plenty of outdoor seating and a wonderful covered hot tub perfect for relaxation after a busy day exploring the area. There is private parking for up to six cars.
