With local amenities on your doorstep as well as the pretty harbour and beach the local area has so much to offer. The Lake District is just a short drive away but there are plenty of things to do in the town if you don t want to venture far. The Aquarium is a short walk away on the harbour or on a wet day why not try the indoor click n climb centre or the superb indoor caving system featuring over 75m of exploring discovering squeezing clambering climbing and crawling at the Wave Centre. The 5th Century Roman Fort and Museum are also a great day out for the history fans in your party. Walk into the bright spacious property which is spread over three floors. You will find a large lounge with Smart TV and comfy seating to kick back and relax. Next door is the well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. You can access the basement from the kitchen which has a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Head up to the first floor you will find two bedrooms a king-size with en-suite bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment and WC and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a bath separate shower and WC. On the second floor there are another two bedrooms a double and single bedroom. Although there is no garden at the house the beach is literally a stones throw from the property and you can enjoy a nice walk and enjoy the views across to South West Scotland on a clear day. There is street parking outside the house but this is restricted. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and 1 en suite bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC. Electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility area in the basement with washing machine and tumble dryer. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Smart TV in the lounge. Restricted street parking outside the house. Beach, pub and shops within walking distance.
