A modern open-plan one bedroom apartment with stunning sea views. Positioned above Mawgan Porth beach, you can step out of the French doors and walk down the sandy path to the beach. This is a superb spot in Cornwall, right on the Atlantic coast with excellent access to everything you want to see and do. Mawgan Porth has great shops for provisions (including organic food and home made products), the Fire Café, providing everything from mussels and frites to full evening meals, the Riv Public House and restaurant, with live music and the Merrymoor Inn. You will have access to many fantastic sandy beaches all the way from Padstow down to St Ives. Watergate Bay is 5 minutes drive, with Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant and the Extreme Academy beach sports. Padstow and Newquay 15 minutes away along the beautiful North Cornwall coast road. Newquay Airport is 10 minutes away. The south coast is about 40 minutes, Truro 20 minutes. The nearest train station is in Newquay.
