The property is located directly on the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is close to the South Downs a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks cycling and horse riding and just a short drive from the Goodwood estate which hosts numerous motor sports horse racing golf and shooting events throughout the year. Nearby is the historical city of Chichester which is home to the cathedral Arundel Castle and Petworth House home to one of the finest National Trust art collections. Step into the spacious hallway which guides you through to the light and airy contemporary kitchen/Dining room. This is well-equipped with an electric oven and a gas hob fridge/freezer coffee machine(nespresso) dishwasher microwave and a large breakfast bar a sociable place to gather for morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is prepared. The dining table seats 8 easily and is ideal for family meals. There is a separate utility room with washer dryer and a drinks fridge. The kitchen leads into the spacious lounge which is the perfect space to entertain. Relax in front of the wood burner on the large comfy corner sofa. There is a smart TV/DVD player in the lounge or teenagers can keep themselves amused in the separate TV /play room off the hall there is also a downstairs shower room and WC. Venture out onto the beach via your own personal access through a gate at the end of the garden (pathway to the sea). There is also an old style summerhouse in the garden for quiet relaxation.
